Registration: You can register for any course by sending an email to dmcgriff57@gmail.com. Please include your name (as to appear on your certificate), phone number and the class you wish to attend. We will send an invoice through PayPal and a registration confirmation.
Early registration: register at least one week in advance & payment by cash, check or money order.
Multiple class early registration: $5.00 discount if you register for 2 or more classes at the same time.
Late registration: $10.00 fee for registration less than one week in advance.
Classes noted will be taught at Body Wellness Center, LLC, 2401 Ferncliff Road, Little Rock, AR 72223 unless otherwise noted.
A $5.00 per course processing fee applies for all course registration over the phone. It is the Policy of Body Wellness Center, LLC that Refunds will be made only if cancellation is received at least one week prior to course. There is a standard $25.00 refunding/change fee that applies to all classes.

Learn to mobilize every joint in the body and stretch every muscle. These techniques can be used as a full body routine massage or used on specific problem areas.
*You will need to bring: set of sheets, pillow case or face cradle cover, pen and pad for notes. Please dress in comfortable clothes which allow you free movement and stretching*
