The Muscles of Scapular Stability are responsible for holding the scapula to the thoracic wall and provide movement of the scapula. Learn to mobilize every joint in the body and stretch every muscle. These techniques can be used as a full body routine massage or used on specific problem areas. *You will need to bring: set of sheets, pillow case or face cradle cover, pen and pad for notes. Please dress in comfortable clothes which allow you free movement for stretching.*

Early registration: register at least one week in advance & payment by cash, check or money order.
Multiple class early registration: $5.00 discount if you register for 2 or more classes at the same time.   
Late registration: $10.00 fee for registration less than one week in advance.

A $5.00 per course processing fee applies for all course registration over the phone.   It is the Policy of Body Wellness Center, LLC that Refunds will be made only if cancellation is received at least one week prior to course.  There is a standard $25.00 refunding/change fee that applies to all classes.
